高强高韧低碳贝氏体钢的化学成份与力学性能关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 在大量试验的基础上,分析了化学成份对低碳贝氏体钢力学性能影响的规律,建立了在不同冷却速度下化学成份与力学性能间的经验方程。对硅在钢中的作用做了研究,结果表明,低碳贝氏体钢的强度和夏氏冲击功均随硅含量的增加呈先升高后降低的规律变化,在某一硅量下两者同时达到最大。t_v=70min和200min时,强度和韧性达最大的硅含量为1.99%;t_v=8min时,强度和韧性最大时的硅含量为1.62%。 The rules of influence of the chemical composition on the mechanical properties of the steels is analysed and the empirical formulas by which the relationship of the chemical compsition and the mechanical properties can be ecpressed are found at various cooling rates by means of a lot of experiments and studies.The effects of silicon in the steels are studied in this paper.The results show that,the strength and charpy impact energy of the low carbon bainitic steels is first increased then decreased as the silicon content increases and the strength and charpy impact energy is maximum at some silicon content.At t_v = 70min and 200min,the silicon at which the strength and charpy impact energy is maximum is 1.99% and it is 1.62% at t_v=8min.
