摘要
概述了形成机车车轮踏面剥离的主要原因 ,介绍了喷丸强化技术和滚压强化技术的应用实例及其对提高机器零件疲劳强度的显著作用。结合工厂实际情况 ,提出了强化车轮踏面 。
The main reason for wheel tread peeling is pointed out.The application examples of shot-peening strengthening technic and rolling strengthening technic are presented,and the obvious functions of them for enhancing parts's fatigue strength are presented also.According to the reality of our works ,some measures to be used to strengthen wheel tread and enhance resistance to tread peeling are proposed.
