通过柴油机主机油泵传动装置故障统计分析 ,得出该故障是由于在润滑方式、配件质量及组装工艺等几方面存在问题造成的 。

This paper pointed out that the reasons of the main lubrication oil pump transmission gear failure lie in lubrication mode,replacement parts quality and assembly process.This conclusion bases on the stastic analysis of diesel engine main lubrication oil pump transmission gear failures.The countermeasures are proposed in this paper.
