介绍了国内外机车车辆制造业冷、热工艺的现状 ,从铸造、锻压、焊接、表面处理、热处理以及机加工等方面分析了中国与先进国家机车车辆制造工艺水平的差距 。

This article presents the current status of cold and hot working processes used in locomotives and rolling stock industry both at home and abroad, analyses the difference in the level of manufacturing technology for locomotives and rolling stock between China and other advanced countries, in terms of casting, forging, welding, surface treatment, heat treatment and machining, etc., and outlooks the development tendency in the manufacturing technology for Chinese make locomotives and rolling stock.
