摘要 研究了加热温度、保温时间和涂料种类对 Q2 35钢表面渗铝层的渗层深度和抗高温氧化性能的影响。结果表明 ,加热温度越高 ,保温时间越长 ,渗铝层深度越深 ;涂料种类对试样表面渗层深度影响不大。试样经喷涂扩散法渗铝后 。 The effect of heating temperature, temperature holding time and variety of coatings to the depth of calorized layer of Q235 steel surface and high temp. oxidation resistance as well is studied. The study result shows: the higher the heating temperature is, the longer the holding time will be, and the deeper the calorized layer will be; the variety of coatings doesn't have a great effect on the depth of calorized layer of the specimen surface. After being calorized by spray diffusion, the high temp. oxidation resistance of the specimen has been greatly improved.
