摘要 根据冶金厂特种车走行线的特点 ,车辆的最大轴重和年运量成为计算轮压和道床顶面、路基顶面动压力重要的数据 ,路基加固、道床厚度亦与之关系密切 .为了保证线路路基的稳定和列车运行安全 ,满足路基设计应力σ设计 =0 .2Mpa ,对铁水走行线道床、路基顶面应力进行了验算 ,并提出了一系列路基加固措施 . According to the features of metallurgy works maximun axle load and annual transportation volume are very important technical data for calculation of wheel pressure and dynamic surface pressure of ballast layer and railroad embankement.The embankment reinforcement and the thickness of ballast layer are also related to these data.This paper checks the calculation on surface stress of railroad embankement allast layer.To maintain the stability of railroad embankment and the safety of running heavy duty torpedo molten iron rail wagon as well as to meet the embankment design strees σ=0.2 MPa,this paper offers a series of measures on reinforcement of railroad embankment.
