摘要
目的 探讨成就目标与总体幸福感之间的关系。方法 用成就目标量表、总体幸福感量表对 2 1 3名初中生进行测查。结果 1掌握目标对学生的总体幸福感有正面影响 ;2成绩—回避目标对学生的总体幸福感有负面影响 ;3成绩—接近目标对学生的总体幸福感没有明显的预测作用。结论 采取措施培养学生的掌握目标 ,避免学生持成绩—回避目标 。
Objective To explore the relations between students' achievment goal orientation and general well-being.Methods 213 junior middle school students were tested by achievement goal and general well-being questionnaire.Results ①Mastery goal has a positive effect on general well-being.②performance-avoidance goal has a negative effect on general well-being.③performance-approach goal hasn't a significant effect on general well-being.Conclusion The teaching staff should take measures to help students to adopt mastery goal orientation and avoid to adopt perforance-avoidance goal orientation.
