摘要 目的 尝试探讨我国学习障碍儿童的综合征 ,为临床工作中对学习障碍儿童的诊断和干预提供理论依据。方法 从症状学角度 ,运用因素分析方法对小学生学习障碍的具体表现症状进行研究。结果 小学生学习障碍主要表现为感觉 -动作能力差、知觉 -动作能力欠缺、理解记忆与语言表达能力不足和行为纪律与情绪问题。结论 小学生学习障碍实质是学习能力不足。学习障碍的诊断应坚持多维性 ,学习障碍的干预应贯彻综合性 ,研究目标不应该局限在“干预”与“补偿”,而应该着眼于“预防”与“改善” Objective Try to find the comprehensive features about learning disorder of children in China,and provide theoretic basis for the research in diagnosis and interference of children's learning disorder in clinical medicine.Method From the angle of the symptom sciences,using Factor Analysis,make a research work according to these concrete symptoms in schoolchildren's learning disorder.Results The learning disorder children are showed in these ways:disability in sensation-act,lacking in consciousness-act.Lack in ability of comprehensive memory and language expression,and the questions between act discipline and emotion.Conclusion Disability in studying is the virtual reason in schoolchildren's learning disorder.The work in diagnosis in learning disorder must be stick to be done overly and the integration work,The purpose of the research should be'prevention' and 'improvement'.
