精神科住院患者使用苯二氮类药物情况调查

Time-point Investigation of the Application of Benodiazepines(BZD) to Mental Inpatients.

目的 了解目前我住院患者苯二氮艹卓 (BZD)类的使用情况。方法 以 2 0 0 1年 3月 1 0日为调查日 ,调查精神科全部住院患者 ,用自编的调查表登记当日患者的诊断和用药情况 ,共 2 2 5例。结果 BZD的使用率达 3 5 .7% ,以女性为主 ,主要用于抑郁症和神经症等 ,氯硝西泮和阿普唑仑为常用药物。结论 我院精神科 BZD类药物使用情况总体比较合理 ,少部分存在滥用倾向 。

Objective To explore the pattern of BZD in mental inpatients.Method The clinical diagnosis and drug's treatment of all 225 cases of the mental inpatients on the time-point of March 10th,2001 were investigated using a self-compiled guestion-naire.Results Patients using BZD account for 35.7%,most of them are females.Depression and neurosis are the most common diseases treated with these drugs.clonazepam and alprazolam are the most frequently used BZD.Conclusion The application of BZD in the psychiatric department of our hospital are generally reasonable.Still there are some abuse instances which need to be paid attention to.
