126例酒精所致精神障碍临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of the 126 Alcoholism Mental Disorder.

目的 探讨酒精所致精神障碍临床特征 ,疗效和复发因素。方法 对 1 2 6例住院酒精所致精神障碍患者进行精神症状 (精神病性症状 ,情感症状和神经症症状 )和神经系统及躯体并发症分析 ,并对厌恶疗法戒酒进行近期和远期疗效评定。结果 戒酒治疗近期有效率达 98% ,远期复发率 2 5 %。有人格改变者 ,戒酒疗效差。结论 住院治疗戒酒 。

Objective To investigate the clinical feature,curative effect and recurrent factors in the alcoholism mental disorder.Methods According to psyche symptoms(psychosis symptoms,affective symptoms,neurosis symptoms),nerve system and body complications,we analyzed 126 patients with alcoholism mental disorder to study curative effect between the near future and far future in aversion therapy on abstinence.Results The treatments effect of abstinence alcohol in the near future reach 98%,and recurrence in the far future 25%.The effectiveness of abstinence alcohol with personality was not satisfactory.Conclusions The effectiveness of abstinence alcohol in hospital was satisfactory.
