冠心病心绞痛患者血尿酸与血脂相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者血尿酸与血中甘油三酯 (TG)、胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)的关系。方法 检测 12 0例冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者与 14 0例正常健康人血尿酸、TG、TC、LDL水平 ,并进行相关的统计学分析。结果 与对照组进行比较 ,发现冠心病不稳定心绞痛病人组血尿酸水平明显高于对照组 (P≤ 0 0 5 ) ,其TG与TC、LDL水平明显高于对照组。结论 血尿酸与血中TG、TC、LDL存在线性正相关。血尿酸是冠心病心绞痛发病的重要相关因素。 Objective Studying uric acid metabolism in patients with unstable angina is associated with TG,TC,LDL,HDL.Method Detecting 120 patients and 140 controls the level of uric acid,TG,TC,LDL,HDL,and statistic analysis.Result The level of uric acid is more higher than that of the controls (P≤0 05),the level of TG,TC,LDL of patients with high uric acid is higher than that of the controls,the levels of HDL of patients with high uric acid is lower than that of the controls.Conclusion Uric acid is associated with high uric acid,and it is more important related factor.
