摘要
在西部大开发中 ,城镇建设是一项重要内容 ,从西部地缘实际出发 ,以科学理论为指导 ,制定正确的政策导向 ,确立大、中城市和小城镇在西部开发中的地位 ,寻求城市发展的动力机制 。
Urban construction is an important part in the development of the west of China.Based on the geographical conditions of the west and guided by scientific theories,proper policy and the role cities and towns play in the development of the west of China should be established.The mechanism of the urban development and the development space of the cities and towns in the future are to be constructed.
