摘要
简要回顾了我国期刊质量评比的历程 ,对期刊评比中存在的问题进行了分析。指出期刊质量评比的指标要具体情况具体分析 ,应当对不同的期刊用不同的指标加以衡量 ,使期刊评比准确反映实际情况。具体做法是 :区分不同情况 ,确定被检索工具收录期刊的价值 ;区分期刊类别 ,引入影响因子和被引频次 ;
In the article,the author recalls the history of magazine quality evaluation of our country,analyzes the problems in the evaluations,points out that the targets should be analyzed according to speoific situations and different magazines should be evaluated according to different targets,so as to make the evaluation reflect correctly the real situation.The author offers the following suggestions:according to differout situations,set the value of the used magazines by retrieval tools;classify maggzines and introduce influence factors and the times of the introduction;and conduct the evaluation within same fields.
