摘要
检察指导侦查是在我国现行法律框架下建立起的一种以公诉为中心 ,侦查服务公诉的新型办案机制 ,并不改变我国现存的警检关系。其诉讼价值体现在实现司法的实体公正、程序公正和提高诉讼效率。创立检察机关在同级公安机关设立派驻机构———指导侦查室的运作模式 。
The system of prosecution guiding investigation is a new mechanism of case handling that focuses on prosecution while investigation guided by prosecution. Such a system does not remodel the relationship between the police and the prosecutor in our country. Its value lies in the realization of substantive and procedural justice, and the improvement of judicial efficiency. It is accordingly believed that setting up prosecutor's office within the police station of the same level will benefit to solve the problem between arrest and prosecution.
