中国、韩国、日本规制改革比较研究(上)

规制改革是 2 0世纪 70年代以来全球性的政府改革运动。本文对中、韩、日三国规制改革的基本情况进行梳理和比较 ,分析其经验和教训 ,以便为中国政府的规制改革提供参考和借鉴。

The reform of rules and regulations is a global government crusade after the 1970s. Intending to provide some reference for Chinese government's reform of rules and regulations, this paper expounds and compares the basic conditions of the reforms in China, South Korea and Japan, and analyses their experience and lesson.
