试论以德治国的时代内涵

Tentative Studies of Time Connotations of Rule of Virtue

以德治国的提出具有鲜明的时代要求 ,因此对其中道德标准的界定 ,就必须赋予丰富的时代内涵。这至少应体现在以下四个方面 :制度规范下的道德标准 ,适应法治环境的社会道德 ,市场经济发展要求的道德素质 ,与现代文化建设相融合的时代道德。

Rule of virtue possesses distinct characters of times. Therefore, giving a definition to standard of virtue, we should stress its rich time connotations including at least four aspects:standard of virtue normalized by system, social virtue meeting the environment of rule of law, quality of virtue which development of market economy demands and virtue of times mixed with modern cultural building.
