Electromechanical Industry of Shanxi Should Be Readjusted to WTO

山西产业结构调整必须大力发展机电产业 ,机电产业发展必须立足传统优势 ,建立特色优势。在加大改革推进制度创新的基础上 ,以市场为导向 ,调整产品结构 ,调整技术结构 ,调整管理结构 ,调整对外关系 ,调整政府职能 ,从而使山西的机电产业尽快融入WTO。

While readjusting the industrial structure of Shanxi, we should devote major efforts to development of the electromechanical industry,which should be bassed on the traditional superiority and have the characteristic superiority. To integrate the electromechanical industry into the WTO smoothly, we must readjust the structure of products, technique,and management and readjust foreign relations and functions of the government, taking market as a guide on the basis of pushing ahead with reform and system innovation.
