Superficial Comment on China's Education in Law at This Stage

文章从我国法学教育的历史沿袭、渊源、模式及发展出发 ,主要剖析了当前国内法学教育存在的弊端 ,并为此提出了引进国外优秀法学教育模式的观点。

After making an approach to the historical origin, mode and development of China's education in law, the author focuses on the defects in China's present domestic education in law and further advances his view on introducing fine foreign modes of education in law.
