WTO and Public Security's Management of Exit and Entry

我国加入WTO ,给公安出入境管理工作带来许多新情况、新问题。面对这一严峻形势 ,公安机关必须解放思想 ,更新观念 ,除旧立新 ,积极探索适合WTO规则要求的出入境管理工作新思路。

With China's entry into WTO,there occurs many new problems about public security's management of exit and entry.Under such a serious circumstance public security organs must free their ideology and replace their old concepts with new ones so that a new way of the management of exit and entry can be found out according to the requirements of WTO's rules.
