利用微机自动检测齿轮径向综合误差的系统设计

System design for auto checking gear's radial synthesis error by computer

通过传感器将双啮仪位移量转变为电信号 ,经数模转换器 (A/D)转换为数字量 ,利用微机进行数据采集、分析处理 ,显示齿轮径向综合误差曲线和计算结果 ,从而将齿轮的合格与否给予直观地显示 ,提高了齿轮检测速度和精度。

Using sensor to change the displacement of the double joggle instrument to voltage signal then through A/D transformer into digit, using computer to collect the data,analyzing and displaying the gear's radial synthesis error curve and calculation result with computer so as to show if the gear is up to standard,can improve the checking rate and precision.
