摘要 研究了用炭黑与丁苯橡胶及天然胶制成的炭黑/丁苯橡胶/天然橡胶的复合材料穴CB/SBR/NR)抗静电性能与橡胶的组成、炭黑的种类和添加量、混炼时间的关系,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察炭黑在橡胶中的分散状态。研究结果表明橡胶的组成、炭黑的种类和添加量、混炼时间可以影响炭黑在橡胶中的分散,从而影响到复合材料的抗静电性能。 The relationship of the anti-static performance of CB/SBR/NR(Carbon black/Styrene butadiene rubber/Natural rubber)with CB/SBR composites and the composition of rubber,the kind of CB,the loading amount of CB and the time of mechanical intermixing was studied in this paper.Observation was made for the dispersing state of CB in the composite by Scanning Electron Microscope.The results of study show that the composition of rubber,the kind of CB,the loading amount of CB and the time of mechanical intermixing way have influence upon the dispersing of CB in rubber and thus upon the anti-static performance of compound materials.
