摘要
在已有工作的基础上,采用DTA、XRD、SEM等现代测试分析手段,探讨了耐磨铝硅酸盐玻璃陶瓷的晶化行为,并对不同晶核剂的晶化特性进行了分析,结果表明,真正起晶化作用的是F-离子,而Cr3+离子和Zr4+离子的作用是促进分相,辅助析晶.所制得的玻璃陶瓷主晶相为透辉石,次晶相为硅灰石,两者形成相互交错的显微结构,此材料具有优良的力学性能和耐磨性.图6,表1,参8,
On the basis of the work done, this paper analyses the crystallization action of glass-ceramic with good abrasion resistance with the aid of differential analysis, x-ray diffraction and scanning electron microstructure, and crystallization character of different nucleation agents were analysed. The results show that F- ion can effectively prompt full crystallization and Cr3+ ion can advance phase separation and assist crystallization.The main crystalline are diopside(CaMg(SiO3)2) and wollastonize(βCaSiO3), the both made interlaced microstructure. the kind of materials possess homogeneous and dense microstructure, good mechanical property and abrasion resistance.6figs.,1tab.,8refs.
