摘要 基于氯代烃类溶剂萃取用复合添加法由稻草、麦杆等原料制取的糠醛蒸馏液中糠醛的动力学性能,经回归分析讨论了醋酸和糠醛浓度、萃取剂分子极性等因素对萃取分配比D的影响,提出了计算分配系数的经验模型.结果表明,氯代烃对糠醛的萃取率与糠醛浓度、氢离子浓度有关,而与醋酸根离子浓度关系不大,萃取剂分子极性增大,萃取率随之增高;而氢离子浓度增大,萃取率随之降低.表5,参7. The extraction ability of hydrocarbon chloride for furfural in the liquid of the distillation from the straw by adding the complex addition was studied and the effects of different factors such as the concentration of acetic acid and furfural on the distribution coefficients of extraction for furfural were analyzed by the regression analysis. An empirical model to calculate the distribution coefficient of extraction for furfural has also been established. The results showed that the extraction ability of hydrocarbon chloride for furfural is in relation to the contents of furfural and hydrogen cation, but does not relate apparently to acetic acid ion.Except chloroform, the rate of the extraction increased with the polarity of hydrocarbon chloride raised. But the rate of the extraction decreased with the content of hydrogen cation raised.5tabs.,7refs.
