摘要
大山选矿厂投产以来不断对浮选工艺流程、药剂制度和设备进行改进 ,选矿工艺日趋完善。粗选段通过采取中矿返回点由粗一改到粗二、pH由 10~ 11降低到 8、给药点前移等措施 ,使整个粗选作业稳定性明显提高 ,更适合于铜硫混合浮选 ;精选段采用选择性再磨工艺改善了给料的粒度组成 ,采用CTP低碱铜硫分离工艺提高了铜、金、银、钼的回收率。快速浮选工艺及相关的高选择性捕收剂AP的采用 ,使铜精矿品位提高 2 2 % ,钼回收率提高 3 5 99%。
