摘要
本次研究是在充分研究了氰化渣中的闪锌矿的矿物特性以及药剂对闪锌矿作用机理的基础上 ,采用电化学分析手段 ,提出了用YO作为闪锌矿调整剂 ,消除氰化物对闪锌矿的抑制作用 ,降低硫酸铜的消耗 ,从而实现了闪锌矿良好的浮选效果。工业试验锌精矿锌品位及回收率分别可以达到5 6 49%和 86 63 % 。
The character of sphalerite in cyanide residue and the mechanism of reaction of flotation reagents to it are well examined Based on the above and accompanied by means of electrochemical analysis,a reagent named YO is developed as the regulator of sphalerite in its flotation to remove the depression given by cyanide,thus decreasing the dosage of copper sulphate.The zinc concentrate grade and zinc recovery are up to 56 49% and 86.63% respectively.YO has proven a very good regulator for flotation of sphalerite in treating cyanide residue in commercial test.
