摘要
叙述了重质碳酸钙 (GCC ,简称重钙 )在介质搅拌磨中的表面改性过程及改性重钙的应用研究。应用两种表面改性剂进行了重钙表面性质研究 ,并采用了比表面积测定、接触角测定以及液体润湿性分析等测试方法 ,定性和定量地检测了经改性的重钙粉体。实验及研究结果表明 ,介质搅拌磨中机械化学作用对重钙改性起着积极的作用 ,重钙颗粒得到良好的疏水化改性 ,并使得重钙的粒度减小、比表面积增大 ,提高了重钙粉体作为填料的功能性。应用研究亦表明 :改性的超细重钙填充聚丙烯塑料 。
