摘要
以“矿浆电解法”为基础 ,结合广西难处理复杂锑铅矿的铅锑分离难题 ,用矿浆电解法对复杂锑铅矿的处理进行了研究。研究证实 ,采用矿浆电解法处理复杂锑铅矿 ,可以实现锑、铅的一步分离和锑的一步提取 ,在阴极可以直接得到金属梯板 ,锑的浸出率大于 98%。铅以PbCl2 的形态沉淀入渣 ,经碳铵转化 -脱硫 ,可以得到含铅大于 45 %、含硫小于 15 %的铅精矿和单质硫产品 ,铅的总回收率大于95 % ,银的总回收率大于 80 %。
