凡口窑渣冶炼工艺试验研究 被引量:11

摘要 对于含镓锗较高的凡口窑渣 ,制定了还原硫化熔炼金属化冰铜 -冰铜选矿提取镓锗铁合金粉的冶炼方案 ,并进行了试验室试验。取得了较好的镓锗回收率指标 ,窑渣中锌和银亦可综合回收。还原硫化熔炼时 ,86%~ 90 %的镓、90 %的锗和 80 %~ 90 %的银进入冰铜 ,而 94%~ 95 %的锌挥发 ;金属化冰铜的磁选 ,有 91%的镓和 96 5 %的锗进入合金粉 ,而银、铜和铅的 85 %以上入非磁产品。镓选冶回收率 87% ,合金含镓 190 0 g/t,富集比 4 75倍 ;锗选冶回收率 95 % ,合金含锗 83 0~ 95 0g/t ,富集比 4 15~ 4 The smelting method of reduction sulphidization smelting and metallic matte benefication for extracting Ga and Ge ferroalloy powder is developed for Fankou kiln slag with higher contents of Ga and Ge. Lab tests have been done with higher recoveries of Ga and Ge. Zn and Ag in the slag can be also recovered comprehensively. At the time of reduction sulphidization smelting, 86%~90% of Ga, 90% of Ge and 80%~90% of Ag go into the matte while 94%~95% of Zinc volatilizes. At the time of magnetic separation of metallic matte, 91% of Ga and 96.5% of Ge go into ferroalloy powder while over 85% of Ag, Cu and Pb enter into non magnetic products. The beneficiation metallurgy recoveries of Ga and Ge are 87% and 95% respectively. The Ga and Ge grades of the ferroalloy are 1900g/t and 830~950g/t respectively. The concentration factors of Ga and Ge are 4.75 and 4.15~4.75 respectively.
