摘要
在金电解中阳极钝化是一种常见现象 ,本文详细介绍了金电解电源装置整流回路的串联电路、并联电路及串并混合电路等不同的电路设计形式、波形及特点 ;通过分析优选出最佳的电路 ,并经生产实践证明 ,采用这种串并联混合电路形式的电源装置可以很好地解决金电解生产中的阳极钝化现象 ,能大大减少氯气及金粉的产生 ,并且电解速度快 ,生成黄金纯度高。与普通的可调恒流或恒压的电解电源相比 。
The anode passivation in gold electrolysis is a common phenomenon.The design of wave shape and features of different current circuits such as parallel,series and parallel series circuits in rectification circuit for power supply for gold electrolysis are introduced in this paper. Based on analysis of circuits, the optimum circuit is choiced. The power supply with parallel series circuit is favourable to solve the problem of anode passivation.The advantages of such power supply are less production of chlorine and gold powder,quick electrolysis,higher purity of gold.Better economic benefit can be obtained compared with the variable constant current and voltage power supply.
