摘要
以质量守恒定律、动量守恒定律和能量守恒定律为基础 ,通过分析折流式移动床反应器中煤气预还原粉铁矿的传热和传质过程 ,并结合粉铁矿煤气还原的动力学数据 ,全面考虑了煤气和粉铁矿的热力学性能数据 ,建立了粉铁矿在折流式移动床中的还原数学模型 ,为优化折流式移动床干燥器的设计和粉铁矿还原的实验研究提供了可靠的理论依据。
Theory and computing methods were described for the analysis of the reduction behavior of fine iron ore and the prediction of the reduction performance in a z-path moving bed reactor. The bases of the model are mass conservation law, energy conservation law and momentum conservation low. The kinetics of fine iron ore reduction with CO and H 2 was considered. The theoretical treatment of the proposed mathematical model was numerical solution. The model and the program could be used to optimum the design and performance of the z-path moving bed reactor.
