摘要
研究了 A 3钢与 1Cr18Ni9Ti钢冷轧复合板的再结晶退火工艺及固溶氮化工艺。实践表明 ,用氨分解气作为保护气氛的再结晶退火使复合板不锈钢一侧发生氮化 ,致使塑性下降 ,冷弯 90°时发生断裂。若将复合板在一定压力下的氮气中进行 10 5 0℃× 2 h固溶氮化后空冷 ,可恢复其塑性同时增加不锈钢的抗点蚀性。 X射线衍射分析表明 :不锈钢一侧发生了固溶氮化。
The technology of recrystallization annealing and solid solution nitriding of cold-rolled steel composed of A3 steel and 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel was analyzed. The practice showed that the clad stainless steel is nitrided during recrystallization annealing in decomposed NH 3, the plasticity is reduced and the clad stainless steel is fractured during 90° cold bending. It was proved that solid solution nitriding can overcome this shortcoming. After the cold-rolled composite sheet is heat treated at 1 050 ℃ for 2 h in nitrogen of certain pressure and air-cooled, the plasticity of the stainless steel is recovered and pitting corrosion resistance is increased. The XRD patterns of the specimens prove that stainless steel has been solid solution nitrided.
