摘要
在检测小缺陷时尤其关心灵敏度问题。超声检测的灵敏度是有上限的 ,但并不存在一个所谓的理论“超声探伤极限灵敏度”。灵敏度上限也不受探测超声波半波长的限制 ,限制系统检测灵敏度的决定因素是噪声水平。此外 ,对与灵敏度有关的几个概念作了阐述。
The sensitivity of detection is more concerned when small defects are important. The sensitivity of ultrasonic testing has an up limit. But there is no so called utmost sensitivity. And the up limit sensitivity is not bounded by the half of a wavelength of probing ultrasound. Noise level is the key factor to determine sensitivity. Some concepts related to sensitivity are demonstrated.
