化学加热法用硅系铁合金加热钢液的热模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了用硅系铁合金作发热剂加热钢液的加热效果以及对钢质量和炉衬耐火材料侵蚀的影响。向钢包中加入 Ca O调整顶渣性质 ,碱度 R=2 .6 0~ 3.10时可有效地控制钢液回硫、回磷对钢质量的影响 ,钢中各种夹杂物含量及其总量随着 R的升高而降低 ,且 Si Ca Ba合金发热剂对夹杂物总量降低的效果比 Si Fe效果好 ,同时可减轻酸性氧化物顶渣对工业用铝镁尖晶石炉衬耐火材料的侵蚀。 The efficiency of chemical heating with ferrosilicon and its effect on steel quality and erosion of ladle lining were studied. By adjusting basicity of top slag R with CaO, it is possible to prevent rephosphorization and resulphurization and remove inclusions from molten steel. When R=2.60~3.10, the effect of SiCaBa alloy is stronger than that of ferrosilicon, at the same time the erosion of ladle lining of Al 2O 3 MgO spinelle by top slag containing acid oxide is reduced.
