摘要
利用金相显微分析技术,对连铸结晶器用Zr—Cr—Cu合金在熔炼时容易产生的氧化产物进行了定性分析。结合生产实际,提出了防止和控制氧化,获得高纯净度铜合金的措施。同时对鞍钢自行研制的Zr-Cr-Cu合金结晶器铜板的强化机理进行了深入的探讨。
By means of metallographic microscopy techniques, quantily analysing the oxide merited in Zr - Cr - Cu alloy when used for mould. Combining with the producing process, measures are put forward in order to prevent and control the oxide, obtaining highpure copper alloy plate. At the same time, deep discussion have been made on the strengthen mechanism of the Zr-Cr-Cu alloy produced by AISC.
