摘要
通过对爆裂高压水管的化学成分、应力分析、金相观察和断口扫描电镜及能谱分析,结果表明,高压水管爆裂主要与弯管工艺欠佳有关,材料中的条状MnS夹杂促进了早期爆裂的进程。
Burst of high presser water-pipe was analysed through chemical analysis,stress analysis,metallography, fractography and EDAX in SEM. Results showed the burst of high presser water pipe was due to the imperfect bend technology, strip MnS inclusion in material promotes process of early burst.
