摘要
取样分析了我国高炉冷却系统软水的质量现状,通过水质腐蚀性能测试得出,取样水质均为中等腐蚀型。为进一步改善水质,延长高炉冷却设备寿命,需要在水中添加缓蚀剂,并对冷却设备进行预膜处理。
The quality condition of soft water of blast furnace cooling system in China was analysed. The corrosion test of soft water shows that the sampled soft water has medium corrosive power. In order to improve soft water quality and prolong cooling equipments life,adding corrosion inhibitors into soft water and pre-filming to cooling equipments are effective measures.
