根据实践所得 ,详细论述了连铸结晶器用保护渣的主要功能 ,就铸坯表面裂纹、夹杂、增碳等方面分析了保护渣的理论成分、理化性能对保护渣的功能的影响 ,并就如何使保护渣性能与钢钟。
This paperse introduces in detail that the main function of the protiction slag for conticaster' crystallizer,theoretical component,physicalchemistry property,important effects of faction on the function.This analysise bases upon the practices of continuous casting that as pitted surface,cracks, inclusion,fillup carbon.This papers discusses the optimization of the slag property and steel with variety carbon content,and casting process too.
