摘要
讨论了PLC与上位计算机之间进行通信的协议和程序设计方法。着重说明了在自动化立体仓库中采用集成设计思想对软件系统全盘考虑的构思下,应用该通信协议在PLC及监控机所组成的工控网络中进行通信程序设计的方法。该程序既适合点到点的网络结构又能适用于具有多站点的总线式网络结构。适用于要求组网方式灵活、通信流量不大、但可靠性及实时性又要求较高的自动化立体仓库等工控网络系统中。
The paper describes the method for protocol design and programming between PLCand computer based on the integrated design ideas. The programming method proposedcan be used in point-to-point as well as bus network structure. It is suitable to applicationsthat require simplicities, high reliabilities and real time control.
