摘要
研究了含稀土 316S和 310S型不锈钢在 6 5 0℃下 (Li,K) 2 CO3 共晶熔盐中的腐蚀行为 .结果表明 :稀土元素能够通过促进富Cr氧化膜的形成而提高 310S不锈钢的耐蚀性能 .316L(RE)由于具有较低的Cr含量 ,其耐蚀性能劣于 310S合金 .讨论了不锈钢在熔盐中的腐蚀机理 .
The present paper studied the corrosion of 316 and 310 type stainless steels containing rare earth elements in eutectic(Li,K) 2CO 3 mixture at 650℃.The results indicated that the addition of RE can improve the corrosion resistance of 310S steel by promoting the formation of a more protective Cr-rich oxide scale.316L(RE)stainless steel was corroded faster than 310S steel owing to the lower content of Cr.The corrosion mechanism of the alloys was discussed.
