This paper introduces the principle,structure,testing and application of magnetic stress examining apparatus,This apparatus is able to nondestmctively examine the residual-stress distribution over the surface of components along depth of layers.The examine process is controlled by computet,and it is an ideal residualstress examining apparatus.
