摘要
目的 :探讨新药盐酸莫索尼啶治疗高血压病的疗效。方法 :对 5 0例患者进行了疗效观察。结果 :本组病人治疗后有明显的降压效果 ,同时也有减慢心率的作用。结论 :盐酸莫索尼啶治疗高血压病有效。
In order the effect of Mosonidine,50cases of essential hypertension were treated with 2.0 mg q.d.or b.i.d four weeks.There was a significant decrease of both systolic and diastolic blood pressure and no serious side effect was observed.
