摘要
【目的】 研究早期教育对婴儿神经心理发育的影响。 【方法】 采用自行设计的早期教育方案 ,实验组自胎儿 5个月时实行胎教 ,小儿出生后在医生指导下 ,由家长按计划对其每天进行训练 ,另设对照组 ,在小儿 1、2、4、6、9、1 2月时进行神经心理发育评价 ,在 1 2月龄时 ,对两组小儿进行盖塞尔婴幼儿发育量表测试。 【结果】 对两组小儿进行感知觉、大运动、精细动作、语言等单项指标进行评估 ,结果发现实验组小儿通过的平均月龄早于对照组 ,差异有显著性。在 1 2月龄时 ,实验组小儿的智能发育年龄 (DA)及智能发育商 (DQ)高于对照组 ,除大运动外 ,差异具有显著性。
To explore the effect of early education on infant mental development. Compared with control group,the experimental group was trained by their trained parents every day using 'The Early Education Plan' designed by us.Regularly we evaluated mental development items of two groups.All children aged 1 years were assesed by Gesell scalles of development. There were very significant difference on each single items of mental development between the two groups.In 1 year old infants,the development age and development quotient of the experiment group were higher than the control group.There were a significant difference between the two groups except the gross motor. [Conclusions] The early education could promote the mental and intelligence development of infant.
