婴儿期腭裂手术对儿童身心健康的影响

The Effect on Children Body and Mind Health by Infant Paratoplasty.

【目的】 为了给腭裂患者选择最佳的手术时机。 【方法】 选择 1周岁以内的腭裂患者 60例行腭裂修复术 ,观察其麻醉和手术的安全性 ,测定其手术后的生长发育、心理发育情况与大龄腭裂儿童之间的差别。 【结果】 随访显示 :婴儿期腭裂手术的患者 ,术后在身高体重、上呼吸道感染率、身体健康和心理健康方面皆比大龄腭裂手术患者占明显优势。基本接近正常同龄儿童。 【结论】 腭裂的最佳手术年龄是一岁以内 ,早期手术可改善患儿的喂养条件 ,促进患儿的健康成长 ,减少上呼吸道感染率 。

Choosing the best operation for the cleft palate patients,so that they could regain good speech-voice function,promote infant body and mind health,reduce the impairment of hearing,cleate normal pharynx cavity and upper aspiratory channel.It also is propitious to infant feeding;decrease the incidence of aspiratory repeating infected. We chose 60 cleft palate patients that were under one year of age to do paratoplasty,observed the safety of anesthesia and operation,measured the difference between them and elder cleft palate chidren with the condition of growth development and psychological development. Compared with the elder cleft palate ones,it shows that after operation the patients who had paratoplasty in infant excelled in stature and weight,less incidence of upper respiratory infection,better physical and psychological health.It nearly closed to the same age children do. [Conclusions] The best operation time is under one year of age.Early stage operation can improve the infant feeding condition,promote them grow up healthily,reduce the incidence of upper respiratory infection,benefit for infant psychology health.
