p16基因转染对肺癌细胞SPC-A1的抑制作用

目的 探讨抑癌基因p16对肺癌细胞SPC A1的抑制作用。方法 以Escort脂质体介导p16基因转染肺癌SPC A1细胞 ,MTS法测定OD值 ,计算细胞生长抑制率 ,描绘p16基因转染后SPC A1细胞增殖曲线。结果 p16基因转染对SPC A1细胞具有明显抑制作用 (P <0 0 5 ) ,细胞抑制率为 2 3 18% ,细胞增殖曲线较SPC A1细胞明显降低。紫杉醇对SPC A1细胞亦有明显抑制作用 ,抑制率为对 3 7 12 %。结论 p16基因转染对肺癌SPC

Objective To investigate the suppressive effects of p16 gene on the growth of lung cancer cell line SPC A1. Methods Escort liposome mediated p16 gene was transfected into lung cancer cells SPC A1. MTS was used to detect the optical value of the transfected cells and the growth curve of these cells was obtained. Results OD value in p16 gene transfected cells was significantly lower than that of control group. The suppression rate of lung cancer cell line SPC A1 with p16 transfection was 23.18%. The growth curve of this group was significantly lowered than that of control group. Taxol suppressed the growth of SPC A1 cells with a suppressive rate of 37.12%. Conclusion The growth of lung cancer cell line SPC A1 can be significantly suppressed by p16 gene transfection.
