盐酸米托蒽醌膀胱灌注预防膀胱肿瘤术后复发的初步效果

INTRAVESICAL MITOXANTRONE FOR PROPHYLAXIS OF POSTOPERATIVE RECURRENCE OF BLADDER CANCER: A REPORT OF PRELIMINARY EFFICACY

①目的 评价盐酸米托蒽醌 (MTZ)膀胱灌注预防膀胱肿瘤术后复发的初步效果。②方法 对 2 3例膀胱肿瘤行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术 (TURBt)或膀胱部分切除术病人 ,术后 1周应用MTZ 1 0mg +9g L氯化钠注射液40mL行膀胱内灌注并保留 1～ 2h ,开始每周 1次 ,连用 8周 ,以后每月 1次 ,连用 8个月。③结果 随访 6～ 1 8个月 ,平均 1 1个月 ,无复发病人。 1例病人于灌注第 4周出现白细胞下降 ,经治疗后好转。余 2 2例未见全身性药物不良反应。④结论 MTZ膀胱灌注预防膀胱肿瘤术后复发的初步疗效满意 。

Objective\ To evaluate the preliminary efficacy of intravesical perfusion of mitoxantrone (MTZ) for prevention of postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer.\ Methods\ Twenty three patients with bladder cancers who had undergone transurethral resection or partial cystectomy were studied. The treatment began one week after the operation. MTZ 10 mg+normal saline 40 mL were put into bladder and kept for 1-2 hours. The course was once a week for 8 weeks and then once a month for 8 months. \ Results\ The patients were followed for 6-18 months( mean 11 months). No recurrence was found during this period. Only one patient had leucopenia 4 weeks after intravesical MTZ. No systemic side effects were observed for the others.\ Conclusion\ Intravesical MTZ is effective against local recurrence of bladder cancer with least side effects.
