七叶皂苷钠治疗胫腓骨骨折所致肢体肿胀的临床研究

Clinical observation of the curative effects of Sodium Aescinate on limb swelling resulting from fractures of tibia and fibula

目的 探讨七叶皂苷钠治疗胫腓骨骨折所致肢体肿胀的疗效。方法 选取胫腓骨骨折共 172例的临床资料进行回顾性调查 ,根据用药情况患者分为四组 ,分别观察各组肢体肿胀消退的程度和治疗时间。结果 七叶皂苷钠组的疗效优于不用药组 ,七叶皂苷钠组与甘露醇组比较疗效无显著差别 ,联合用药组的疗效优于单独用药组。结论 七叶皂苷钠具有抗渗出、增加静脉张力和改善微循环、抗氧自由基等作用 ,副作用小于同类药物 ,故在治疗胫腓骨骨折所致肢体肿胀方面有一定应用价值。七叶皂苷钠和甘露醇联合应用 。

Aim To discuss the curative effects of Sodium Aescinate on limb swelling resulting from fractures of tibia and fibula.Methods The clinical data of 172 cases of fractures of tibia and fibula in our department from March in 1996 to March in 2002 were analyzed.Patients were divided into four groups according to the use of drugs.The extinctive degree of limb swelling and treatment time were observed respectively.Results The curative effects of group with Sodium Aescinate are superior to the group without drug.Sodium Aescinate and mannitol have the similar effects on extinction of limb swelling.The curative effects of group with both Sodium Aescinate and mannitol are superior to group with Sodium Aescinate or mannitol.Conclusion Sodium Aescinate has effects on anti-exudation,increasing tension of veins and improving microcirculation,and cleaning free radical.Its side effects are less than other drugs of the same kind.So Sodium Aescinate has the curative effects on limb swelling resulting from fractures of tibia and fibula.Both Sodium Aescinate and mannitol can be used together to treat limb swelling of medium and high degree.
