RP-HPLC法测定尼莫地平片含量及含量均匀度

Determination of Content and Content Uniformity in Nimodipine Tablets by RP-HPLC

目的 建立RP -HPLC法测定尼莫地平片的含量及含量均匀度。方法 色谱柱ODS -C18柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (80∶2 0 ) ,检测波长为 2 38nm。结果 在 2 .5～ 32 μg·ml-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 99.6 3% ,RSD为 0 .98%。结论 该法专属性强 ,操作简便 。

Aim To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of nimodipine content and content uniformity in its tablets.Methods The chromatographic conditions included ODS-C 18 analytical column,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(80∶20),UV detector at 238nm.Results Under this condition,there was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 2.5～32μg·ml -1 ,the average recovery was 99.63%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.98%.Conclusion The proposed method was selective,simple and accurate.
