摘要
目的 建立薄层扫描法 ,测定益元口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法 自制硅胶G薄层板 ,以氯仿 -甲醇 -水 (13∶6∶2 )10℃以下放置过夜的下层溶液为展开剂 ,检测波长为 5 10nm。结果 黄芪甲苷在 0 .6 3~ 3.15 μg范围内 ,呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 98.2 1% ,RSD为 1.0 %。结论 本法用于益元口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量测定 。
Aim To establish a quantitative determination method by TLC for astragaloside Ⅳ in yiyuan oral.Methods Using silica gel G as the coating substance and chloroform-methanol-water(13∶6∶2,lower layer) as the mobile phase,detecting at 510nm.Results The spots of astragaloside Ⅳ on the TLC plate had a good linearity between its contents and area within the range of 0.63~3.15μg (r=0.995 8).The average recovery was 98.21%,and the RSD was 1.0%.Conclusion This qualitative determination for astragaloside Ⅳ in yiyuan oral is convenient and reliable.
