中西医结合防治冠状动脉支架术后再狭窄 被引量：3

摘要 目的 :观察中西医结合疗法对冠脉支架术后再狭窄的防治作用。方法 :2 1例冠心病患者行冠状动脉支架术前 5天开始常规口服抵克立得、巴米尔、阿司匹林等 ,同时配合活血化瘀中药祛瘀宁心片和中药化痰通络方 ,服药 1～ 3个月 ,随访 6～ 18个月。结果 :2 1例患者均未出现支架术后冠状动脉再狭窄及心绞痛、心肌梗塞等事件。结论
