The contradictions and conflicts between ethno-nationalities all over the world have come to a new climax since 1990s. Thus, the question about nationalism has become a subject extensively concerned by the academic circles in and out China. Accordingly, this paper emphatically discusses and analyses the types and forms of nationalism since 1990s, the cause of the global spreading ethno-national problems and the trend of the global ethno-national problems in the 21st century.
